IC School Holiday Program | Bubble Tea and Dumpling-making for Teens

Join us for a joyful celebration of the Moon Festival (中秋节) at the IC.

中秋节(Zhōngqiū Jié) is also known as the Mid-Autumn Festival in the Northern Hemisphere and is one of the most important traditional festivals in Chinese culture. This is a time for family reunions, giving thanks, and celebrating the full moon.

Learn to make your own bubble tea and dumplings, including vegetarian and gluten-free recipes!

This is a hands-on workshop for participants age 12-17.

This program is in partnership with Darebin Libraries.
